Recipe Series No. 2

VODKA SAUCE

The recipe series returns with one of my lazy favorites — pasta alla vodka.

Cooking always takes at least some effort, but this is one of those dishes you can throw together pretty quickly. Again, I don’t always have exact measurements for this kind of thing. I am a big believer in measuring with my heart, so you can use as much or as little of any ingredient you want, if you do use this recipe at all. Vodka sauce is a pretty widely known recipe, so I know I’m not blowing anybody’s mind with this. I do put a little bit of a twist on it, I think, that really makes this pasta a bit more elevated than any other vodka sauce recipe. So I’ll get right to it:
